Hello,

This is a module to do traffic hijacking after having HSRP sniffed on the network.
Compatible with the racket lib.

Adding pello's hsrp_hijacking module.

See #4568. Note that this module was originally written for Racket, so
it needs to be converted to PacketFu.

This is part of an effort to move modules from Redmine and drop
them into GitHub for easier tracking and collaboration.
