Looks like the original LaTeX source for that document is missing -- its pretty badly out of date and needs a rewrite, preferably as wiki entries. Renaming this ticket.

The Metasploit 3.0 Developer Guide should be converted to Redmine wiki entries and updated to match the current codebase.
